Specifically: (a) we limit our use of data to providing or improving user-facing features prominent in the App's interface; (b) we never transfer or sell data to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, or credit-worthiness determination; (c) we do not allow humans to read user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for a specific support request or as required for security/legal compliance; and (d) we never use user data to train third-party or generalized artificial intelligence models.

4.7. Legal Obligations, Vital Safety, and Business Transfers

We may preserve or disclose limited information only if strictly required to do so by applicable law, subpoena, or valid court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the vital safety of an individual, prevent fraud or security breaches, or defend against legal claims. 5. Data Retention and Account / Data Deletion

5.1. How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your personal information and logged data for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide you with the Services. If you delete the App from your device without deleting your account, or if your account becomes inactive, we retain your encrypted data so you can restore your history if you reinstall the App. If your account remains completely inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, we may delete your inactive account and associated data after sending a prior notice to your registered email address. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5.2. How to Revoke Consent and Permanently Delete Your Account & Data

You have the absolute right to revoke your consent and delete your account and personal data at any time: 1. In-App Account Deletion (Direct & Self-Service): You can permanently delete your account and all associated TTC, Pregnancy, and Infant Care logs directly inside the App by navigating to Settings / Profile > Delete Account and confirming deletion. 2. Deletion via Email Request: You may also request complete account erasure, or deletion of specific data categories, at any time by emailing support@intervadasolutions.com from the email address associated with your account.

How Deletion Works & Timelines:
When you trigger account deletion in the App, your personal identifiers and health logs are immediately unlinked and purged from our active production database. If you submit a deletion request via email, we will process it within thirty (30) days (and within fifteen (15) business days where required by applicable U.S. state health privacy laws). Complete permanent erasure from encrypted disaster-recovery backup archives occurs automatically within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days. Please note that once deletion is completed, your logs cannot be recovered. We may retain only minimal, non-health transaction records where strictly required by tax, accounting, or statutory legal obligations.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Global Minors Compliance)

Our Services are directed exclusively to adults (parents, expectant parents, and legal guardians) and are not intended for use by children. * Minimum Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Services (or at least 16 years of age in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada, or 13 years of age in the United States and Australia with verifiable parent or guardian consent). * Infant and Child Care Logs: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada). Where you input information about your own baby or toddler into the App—such as your child’s birth date, sleep patterns, feeding history, known food allergens, or reached developmental milestones—that information is provided to us solely by you as the adult parent or legal guardian to assist you in tracking your child’s care. * Immediate Removal: If we discover or are notified that a child under the applicable minimum age has registered an account or submitted personal data directly to us without parental consent, we will immediately terminate the account and permanently delete all associated data. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact support@intervadasolutions.com.

7. Data Security

We implement rigorous technical, physical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect sensitive personal and health data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure: * Encryption in Transit: All network traffic between the App/Website and our servers is encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3). * Encryption at Rest: All cloud database tables, authentication credentials, and backup snapshots are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. * Cryptographic Row-Level Security (RLS): Our database architecture enforces strict access controls so that your personal and family logs can only be queried by your authenticated user token (and any partner account you explicitly link). * Strict Internal Access Controls: Access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel bound by strict confidentiality obligations. * Security Incident Notification: While no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% impenetrable, in the unlikely event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will promptly notify affected users and relevant data protection authorities in accordance with applicable law.

8. Your Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Them

Regardless of where you live, we extend high-standard data protection rights to all users of Maternity Hub: 1. Right to Access & Know: You have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you. 2. Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV) so you can transfer it to another service. 3. Right to Rectification (Correction): You can edit, update, or correct your profile details and logged entries directly within the App at any time, or ask us to correct inaccurate information. 4. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to delete your account and personal data at any time via the in-app Delete Account button or by emailing us. 5. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process your data (including your explicit consent for processing health, fertility, pregnancy, and infant logs), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. 6. Right to Restrict or Object to Processing: You have the right to ask us to restrict or stop processing your personal data in certain circumstances. Because the core function of Maternity Hub is processing the logs you enter to display your tracker and statistics, restricting or stopping the processing of your health logs may require pausing your use of the App or deleting your account. You may also opt out of non-essential communications or push notifications at any time via your device settings.

How to Submit a Request & Verification:
To exercise any of these rights, please email support@intervadasolutions.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request". To protect your sensitive data from unauthorized disclosure, we will verify your identity by confirming that the request originates from the email address registered to your account. We respond to all verified requests free of charge within thirty (30) days (or shorter where mandated by local law).

Civ. Code § 1798.121). We never use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about you for advertising. * Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you, deny services, or charge different prices for exercising your CCPA rights. * California "Shine the Light" Law (Cal. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected: We collect only the reproductive, maternal, and infant health metrics you voluntarily log in the App, as itemized in Section 2.2. 2. How to Exercise Your Consumer Health Data Rights: You may (i) confirm whether we collect or share your Consumer Health Data; (ii) withdraw your consent to our collection and processing of your Consumer Health Data at any time; and (iii) request permanent deletion of your Consumer Health Data via Settings > Delete Account in the App or by emailing support@intervadasolutions.com. If your request is denied, you may appeal our decision by emailing contact@intervadasolutions.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal", and we will respond in writing within forty-five (45) days.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers in the United States (see Section 10). You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, or submit an APP privacy complaint, by emailing support@intervadasolutions.com.
